The Consultancy undertakes extensive survey and consultancy work for both insurance brokers, underwriters and reinsurers on major projects.

And in some cases has subsequently been retained (with the consent of the insurer) by the surveyed location to provide specialist expertise in undertaking risk improvements.

Projects include underwriting surveys of power stations in eight countries and appointment as Construction All Risks insurance advisor on:

* A major development in Abu Dhabi
* A corporate bank HQ in Bahrain
* Two super tall buildings in Kuwait
* London Heathrow Terminal
* We now also advise on the operational insurance for the Burj Khalifa - the tallest building in the world.
